RYE — Seacoast Science Center is taking reservations for its Polar Bear Eco-Adventure in Churchill, Manitoba, Canada, Oct. 23-28.

This unique opportunity to view polar bears in their natural environment will be led by expert tour guides from Frontiers North Adventures. Participants will travel in Frontiers North’s Tundra Buggies, the best and safest way to view polar bears, with the most access to the Churchill Wildlife Management Area, the “Polar Bear Capital of the World.”

Experience wide-open landscapes, view the incredible wildlife and learn about the history and culture of Canada’s north. Find out the latest research from Polar Bears International’s top scientists during evening presentations and tour points of interest surrounding Churchill, including Cape Merry, Port of Churchill and Manitoba Conservation’s Polar Bear Holding Facility.

The itinerary includes a dog-sledding excursion and viewing the dancing northern lights, as conditions allow.

A Seacoast Science Center naturalist will guide attendees on this all-inclusive adventure. Airfare, accommodations, excursions and meals are included in the cost.
