It is difficult to understand why there is so much Democratic opposition to the idea of border security and trying to control illegal immigration. They keep citing experts who say walls don't work and are a waste of money. Who are these experts? It seems more sensible to believe what the border patrol agents who work at the border every day say, and they are clear walls absolutely work, and everywhere there is one it makes a significant difference.

The fact that walls work also seems rather intuitive, which might explain why rich people have them around their houses. Even the Vatican is surrounded by a wall, which is surprising since the Pope constantly lectures that we should take in all comers.
