"A Christmas Line' Dec. 21 and 22

DownStage Centre presents "A Christmas Line: A Musical Theater Parody and Christmas Extravaganza" on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 21 and 22 at the Exeter High School Auditorium. The show is the inaugural production of DownStage Center, the company Joe Meallo and Rachel Neubauer launched shortly after the demise of Patrick Dorow Productions where they both were employed. 'A Christmas Carol' at the Ring

'A Christmas Carol' continues at The Players' Ring in Portsmouth this weekend. It's the classic holiday story of the hardened miser, Ebenezer Scrooge. The man who wants for nothing receives the rarest of Christmas gifts when the spirits of Christmas Past, Present and Future take him on an overnight journey to see who he truly is, and who he is to become if he continues on his selfish path. The Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra (PSO) ‘Get Cozy’ chamber music series gets festive at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, with “Brassy Baroque Christmas” and PSO Brass Quintet at South Church.
