7:06 a.m.: Responded to Lafayette Road for a call about a man and a woman involved in a "heated" argument and the caller said he had to get involved. A report was taken about what appeared to be a verbal-only argument.

7:53 a.m.: Notified Comcast about a low-hanging wire.

9:14 a.m.: Responded to Market Square where someone was lighting things on fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire and the man was "educated on the burning laws."

9:40 a.m.: Assisted on Daniel Street with a minor crash.

11:58 a.m.: Assisted off Crescent Way where a woman crashed a boat onto the shore. She was uninjured.

12:21 p.m.: Arrested Maxwell Moore, 18, of 45 Pearson St., on charges alleging prowling and resisting arrest.

12:26 p.m.: Report taken about a theft on Lafayette Road.

1:39 p.m.: Assisted with a minor crash in a Woodbury Avenue parking lot.

2:05 p.m.: Assisted with another minor crash in a Woodbury Avenue parking lot.

2:23 p.m.: Investigated a report about a hit-and-run crash.

3:36 p.m.: Driver complained about a man stopping traffic with a sign on Lafayette Road near Greenleaf Woods Drive.

5:45 p.m.: Report taken about a hit-and-run crash on Woodbury Avenue.

5:58 p.m.: Responded to Market Street for a call about a man who is trespassed from a store, but was there. He was gone when police arrived and had left his belongings behind.

6:17 p.m.: Caller said she was rear-ended at traffic lights on Lafayette Road due to a panhandler getting money from another driver. Arrested Corbin Robinson, 36, no known address, on a charge alleging disorderly conduct.

7:53 p.m.: Caller from Market Street reported a trespassed man had returned to a store and was yelling at employees about his belongings being gone.

9:31 p.m.: Responded to Middle Road for a call about people in a camper playing loud music and appeared to be squatting there. Officer reported the music was very loud, the people do not like police and would be moving along.

9:36 p.m. Arrested Trina Woodman, 48, of 3660 Lafayette Road, apartment 11, on a charge alleging she was driving while intoxicated. She was also cited for lane control.

9:38 p.m. Responded to State Street for a call about two men in a park yelling at people. Arrested Emmanuel Pitsiladis, 36, unknown address, on a warrant from the Portsmouth Circuit Court.

9:47 p.m.: Resident called 911, said she got bleach in her eye and wanted to know what to do, before hanging up. She called back and told a 911 operator she had asked Siri to call poison control, but got 911 instead. She said she rinsed her eye and it was OK.

10:29 p.m.: Caller complained about construction noise on Woodbury Avenue. Workers were advised of the noise ordinance and said they would shut it down for the night.

July 11

1 a.m.: Responded to Rockland Street for a complaint about ongoing loud music. Resident said he would turn it down.

1:29 a.m.: Library staff asked police to move along someone who had been sleeping on a bench out front for three weeks.

2:43 p.m.: Caller reported hearing loud noises that sounded like explosions near Gosling Road. There were no other callers and police didn't hear anything in the area.
