EXETER — The new series, "Fresh Ideas About Food" made possible by Exeter Health Resources, is offered in collaboration with "Dig In: Real Food Solutions," hosted by the Exeter Area YMCA.

Each session, classes for youth and adults will include hands-on instruction and cooking techniques using fresh seasonal foods. The series, covering where food comes from, how to prepare it and how to develop healthy habits, will feature local farmers, chefs and other health professionals.

Tuesday, Oct. 18

Youth Class: (Grades 6-8) will be held from 4 to 5 p.m.

Adult Class: (Adults 18 and older) will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

"All the Thanksgiving Fixin's" 

Tuesday, Nov. 15
