— St. John’s Common Cents Thrift Shop: located at 101 Chapel St. Portsmouth is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesdays and from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursdays. The shop offers name brand clothing for all ages and sizes plus housewares, childrens’ toys and jewelry. Donations accepted if clean and in good condition. 

RYE

— The Thrift Shop: at Rye Congregational Church, located on Washington Road in the center of Rye, is open 10 a.m. till 1 p.m, Thursday and Saturdays. The shop has men's clothing shoes and accessories, women's clothes, shoes and accessories, plus jewelry, as well as a housewares department.

ELIOT, MAINE

— The First Congregational Church of Eliot Thrift Shop: 1361 State Road, will be open from 3 to 6 p.m. every Thursday in the month of October. The shop will be selling everything for $2 a bag. 

— Full Circle Community Thrift Store: (“Supporting People Living With Cancer”) at 150 Dow Highway (Route 236) Eliot. This store has gently used clothing for men, women and children, housewares, books, linens and furniture.
